Since 2016, we’ve worked in HubSpot Portals for organisations all around the world. Over the years we’ve seen plenty of different setups - both good and bad. Bad setups are often bad because HubSpot is dismissed by some of the people in the company, different people use different apps, or worse, no apps. Or, everyone works ad-hoc so nobody really knows what’s going on.

Frequently, the person who set up the HubSpot Portal has moved on and the knowledge has left with them.
